GONZO'S LEGACY
 

Gonzo’s legacy is based on my father’s childhood growing up in East Africa (Kenya Nairobi). I wanted to capture my father’s movie-like childhood through this project and incorporate the wild adventures he went on back in the day. Gonzo is the name of my dad’s parrot, he would often tell me stories of his pet parrot who used to terrorise his family and other fellow pets and I always found them so amusing. Gonzo’s legacy pays homage to my dad’s memories growing up in a safari-desert background, I wanted to blend the movies and the adventures he experienced of the wild-west into a safari cowboy concept.
